Session Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

OsteoStrong requires twenty four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Spectrum session. Lack of cancellation or reschedule prior to 24-hour notice period, forfeits the individual’s session for that week. There are no make-up sessions or “carry overs” to subsequent weeks. 

If a person does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a lack of cancellation and is subject to the same conditions as stated above.
