Misha is a happily married mother of 6, who was previously a Department of Defense employee for nearly 15 years. After becoming a group fitness instructor in 2013, she knew that her love for fitness could translate into helping others. This is what guided her to continuing her education. Once she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness, she knew that she wanted to help others on a broader scale. She then went back to school to acquire her Master’s of Science in Health Education. She enjoys helping others pursue their fitness goals, and believes in empowering individuals through health and wellness. This is what led her to OsteoStrong! She loves witnessing how much OsteoStrong helps to improve confidence and determination in all who try. Plus, she finds joy in seeing others succeed. Misha’s advice to those on their wellness journey is to remember that everyone has their good days and bad days, the trick is to continue to believe in yourself and to remember that every small step leads to a huge victory.

Terina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2010 and continued to gain extensive experience in the emergency room setting and ICU while furthering her education. She graduated with honors with her Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama in 2017. She currently practices in Escambia County, Fl.
Terina has worked in various settings treating acute and chronic conditions and serving patients across the lifespan. She has always had a passion for preventative care and her combination of clinical education and experience provide a strong foundation for the OsteoStrong team. She is thrilled to be part of this revolutionary experience and is excited to have the opportunity to help members improve all aspects of their health through musculoskeletal strength conditioning.
